Refunds and right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from a Keep86 subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. Because Keep86 starts working immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree to that; you then pay only for the days you used. Try the free trial first — it is the full app.

Use the free trial first

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with all features and no payment details required. Please use it to check that the apps you need work in Keep86 before you pay.

Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform [LEGAL ENTITY], [LEGAL ADDRESS], hello@keep86.com, of your decision by a clear statement (for example a message through our contact form or an email). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. It is enough to send your message before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used (PayPal), unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

If you asked us to begin the service during the withdrawal period, you pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you told us of your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract. After a withdrawal, the licence is deactivated and keep-your-version does not apply.

Model withdrawal form

To [LEGAL ENTITY], [LEGAL ADDRESS], hello@keep86.com:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: Keep86 subscription (plan: …)

Ordered on: … · Name: … · Email address used for the purchase: … · Date: …

Refunds outside the withdrawal period

[REFUND POLICY — to be decided by Andrei, e.g. pro-rata refunds when Keep86 stops working because of a change by Apple]

Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment with PayPal or your card issuer, the licence is suspended while the dispute is open and revoked if the payment is reversed. Please write to us first; most problems can be solved faster that way.

Licence sharing and resale

A licence revoked because it was shared with or resold to other people (terms, section 4.4) is not refunded. [LEGAL REVIEW: no refund after revocation for sharing or resale]
