Keep86 in one paragraph
Keep86 keeps Intel-only apps working on Apple silicon Macs after macOS 28, the release in which Apple ends Rosetta for apps. It runs a hidden macOS 27 virtual machine with Rosetta and shows each app’s windows on the normal desktop, so older apps open from the Dock as before. Keep86 is for personal, non-commercial use and is planned for October 2026.
